My journey as a Learning & Development Consultant started out of curiosity about how people learn and grow within organizations. For 20 years now, I’ve been combining my passion for personal growth with my love for technology and structure.
What drives me? Translating complex challenges into smart solutions that move people forward. And… I draw what I explain!

As a problem solver, I feel right at home setting up learning platforms, developing interactive e-learning, and coordinating training programs and learning tracks.

Connecting technology with personal growth
The tech side of L&D inspires me because I see firsthand how tools can make learning more efficient and fun. But technology only works if it truly connects with the people using it. That’s where my strength lies.
